Unless NikkiTech is specifically hired to program a survey project, you acknowledge that NikkiTech is not responsible for any errors in build or setup.

NikkiTech accepts payments via credit card, ACH transfer, or check. A processing fee may apply to credit card payments. If you choose to pay by credit card, you represent that the credit card information you provide is accurate, and agree to notify NikkiTech promptly of any changes. All fees paid are non-refundable, unless specified in these Terms or required by law.
You must notify NikkiTech of any fee disputes within 15 days from the invoice date. You agree to work in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly, and to settle all fees within 15 days after resolution. NikkiTech reserves the right to:
In the event that payment information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, NikkiTech reserves the right to immediately terminate services. NikkiTech is not responsible for any overdraft or other fees that may arise due to issues with your payment method.
NikkiTech may update its service pricing at any time after the initial term. You will be notified of any price changes via the Website, email, proposals, or invoices. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
You may order additional Services at any time. Unless otherwise agreed in the order, additional services will be subject to these Terms and will align with the billing cycle and terms of your existing services.
Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month, starting 14 days after the invoice due date. NikkiTech also reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment of undisputed fees, or charge for restoring archived data from delinquent accounts. You agree to reimburse NikkiTech for any reasonable costs incurred to collect overdue amounts.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to the Services, including, but not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other levies, except for taxes based on NikkiTech’s net income. If you are exempt from certain taxes, you must provide NikkiTech with a valid tax-exempt certificate. If NikkiTech is required to pay any taxes on your behalf, you agree to reimburse the Company for those amounts and indemnify NikkiTech against any associated claims or penalties.
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in your content. NikkiTech does not claim ownership of your content, the data we collect, or any analysis/interpretation work performed. The Terms of Use do not grant NikkiTech any rights or licenses to your content, except for those necessary to provide the Services as described herein.

NikkiTech facilitates connections between clients and third-party survey tools, engaging panelists who have agreed to participate in qualitative and quantitative studies. Since feedback and opinions can change over time, you agree to hold NikkiTech harmless for any decisions made based on the results of using our Services.
When respondents are onboarded, NikkiTech profiles them to ensure they are matched with the appropriate surveys.
All data collected will be the sole property of the client, and will be delivered in the form of a report and/or raw data. These Terms do not grant NikkiTech any rights or licenses to your data or proprietary content, except for those limited rights necessary to provide the Services, as outlined in these Terms.
